In lieu of paper holiday cards this year send e-cards, people love receiving mail yes, but they love saving the planet more! Although I do admit I love receiving mail too!

This year I made homemade cards out of junk mail, last year's cards, magazines, anything I could get my hands on. Because they're homemade, the chances of them being tossed are much less likely.

I also got creative this year and included a homemade Christmas cd. I burned my favorite classic Christmas songs from the web and used lightscribe to burn a message on top and VOILA! A 97 cent gift that's heartfelt and invaluable.
