GUS stands for?

It's so hard to avoid high fructose corn syrup these days, honestly I think I may try to embark on an HFCS free diet soon! Kevin and I wanted our wedding to be as free of chemical products as possible so when it came time to choosing non-alcoholic drinks we easily came to the decision to serve GUS Sodas. GUS stands for Grown Up Soda (cute!). Everyone loved them and we've been drinking them since!

We had 4 flavors, Dry Cola, Dry Cranberry Lime, Extra Dry Ginger Ale and of course Dry Meyer Lemon (it's my namesake after all). The Ginger Ale was the runaway favorite and apparently there was bartering and hiding going on all weekend long at each house of the Ginger Ale!

GUS comes in other flavors too, including: Dry Pomegranate, Star Ruby Grapefruit, Dry Valencia Orange and Dry Crimson Grape. Yum! GUS has no caffeine or preservatives. They are 100% natural and are made using only natural juices an extracts. They are sweet, but not too much, they use only sugar cane. No HFCS for GUS!
It was so nice not to be serving the oh so typical chemical laden soft drinks, instead we quenched our thirst the natural way, and it was delicious.

I wanted to say hurray for the no HFCS.
I've seen those commercials as well, very disturbing.

My husband and I have cut HFCS totally out of our diet due in part to his health problems. Amazing! We both feel so much better not eating that junk.
Another soda I've found is Blue Sky. The cola flavor is better than Pepsi and Coke!
